Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Obrasken for using the platform, tools, credits, and subscriptions.

Legal index1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Obrasken, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our AI Usage Policy. If you use Obrasken on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Credits and subscriptions
Obrasken uses a credit system. Each action shows its credit cost before it runs. Paid plans grant a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing period and does not roll over unless stated. Purchased credit packs, where offered, do not expire. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and allowances are shown at checkout and on the Pricing page.
4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
If you connect your own AI provider keys, generations you run through them are billed by that provider under their terms, not by Obrasken credits. You are responsible for your provider accounts, their costs, and their acceptable-use rules. Obrasken encrypts stored keys and never exposes them in the browser.
5. Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts and files you upload and, to the extent permitted by the underlying AI providers and law, of the outputs you generate. You grant Obrasken the limited licence needed to operate the service — storing, processing, and displaying your content back to you. We do not use your private project content to train our own models; see the AI Usage Policy for provider details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Obrasken, including generating unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, attempting to bypass safety or rate limits, reselling access, or interfering with the platform. Details are in the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination.
7. Service availability
We work to keep Obrasken reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and AI outputs are probabilistic and may be imperfect. Maintenance and provider outages can temporarily limit tools; where a paid action fails, we aim to leave your credit balance unaffected.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Obrasken is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Obrasken is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and where legally required we will ask you to accept the new version. You may stop using Obrasken and delete your account at any time. We may terminate for serious or repeated violations.
