FOUNDER LETTER

A Personal Promise About Your Privacy

Privacy should never feel hidden behind complicated legal language.

This page explains the values behind how I want Obrasken to treat your information.

Hi, I'm Christian, the founder of Obrasken.

I'm building Obrasken because I want creators to have powerful AI tools without feeling like they must give up control of their work, ideas, or personal information.

I do not have a giant team behind me. Obrasken is being built carefully, one part at a time. I am not interested in building a business around selling personal information, private prompts, uploaded files, or creative projects.

Selling your personal data is not part of Obrasken's business model.

That does not mean I will pretend that running an online AI platform requires no data.

Obrasken may need certain information to provide the service, such as:

  • account details
  • projects
  • uploaded files
  • usage records
  • payment status
  • connected providers
  • security logs

Some content may also need to be sent to the AI provider you choose whenever you request a generation.

My responsibility is to be clear about that.

What I Am Working Toward

  • Collect only what is reasonably needed.
  • Explain why information is required.
  • Avoid sending your content to an AI provider until you choose to use that provider.
  • Protect API keys and connected account tokens on the server.
  • Give you control over Memory Vault and personalization.
  • Allow you to delete your projects and account data whenever possible.
  • Clearly identify third-party services involved in processing your requests.
  • Never quietly turn private creative work into advertising data.

What I Will Not Promise

No honest online service should claim that security is perfect.

I cannot promise that Obrasken will never experience a bug, outage, attack, or mistake.

What I can promise is that privacy and security will always be treated as real product responsibilities—not as language hidden at the bottom of the website.

When something is incomplete, I want Obrasken to say so.

When an AI provider receives your content, I want you to know which provider it is.

When an action could use credits or share data outside Obrasken, I want you to approve it first.

Your Creative Work Should Remain Yours

Your prompts, uploads, projects, websites, images, videos, brand assets, and private ideas should not become Obrasken's property simply because you used the platform.

Obrasken may need permission to process and store content so the requested features can work, but that permission should only exist for operating the service and should always be explained clearly in the Terms and Privacy Policy.

Memory Should Be Your Choice

Obrasken's Memory Vault exists to help personalize your creative experience.

It should always be optional.

Users should be able to:

  • see when memory is enabled
  • understand what is saved
  • turn memory off
  • request deletion of saved preferences

I Am Still Learning

I am a solo founder.

I won't pretend to know everything.

As Obrasken grows, I expect to improve security, privacy controls, documentation, infrastructure, and internal processes.

As the company grows, I may work with experienced professionals whenever legal, security, or infrastructure expertise is needed.

Being a small founder is not an excuse to ignore privacy.

It is a reason to build carefully from the beginning.

Questions or Concerns

Privacy questions should never disappear into an automated system.

If something feels confusing, unsafe, or misleading, I genuinely want to hear about it.

Christian
