Refund Policy

How subscriptions, credits, and refunds work — written to be clear rather than clever.

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance each period and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

2. Monthly credits

Your plan's monthly credit allowance is granted at the start of each billing period and is intended to be used within that period. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless a plan explicitly says so.

3. Refunds

Because credits can be spent immediately on AI generations that incur real provider costs, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you were charged in error, a payment failed but you were still billed, or a paid action failed without producing a result and your credits were not restored, contact support@obrasken.com and we will make it right.

4. Failed generations

Obrasken aims to leave your credit balance unaffected when a paid action fails before producing a result. If you believe you were charged credits for a failed generation, report it from Support with the generation reference and we will review it.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law.
