Obrasken expects users to respect intellectual property. Do not use the platform to reproduce or distribute content you do not have the rights to use.
2. Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Obrasken infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@obrasken.com including: identification of the work, the location of the infringing material, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
3. Our response
We review valid reports and may remove or disable access to the reported content and notify the account involved. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@obrasken.com with the relevant details.
