How AI generation works on Obrasken, what to expect from outputs, and your responsibilities.

Legal index1. How generation works
Some Obrasken features run locally with no provider call and no credit cost (these are labeled). Others send your prompt and inputs to an AI provider — either Obrasken's configured providers, billed in credits, or your own BYOK provider, billed by them.
2. Nature of outputs
AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, biased, or unexpected. Review generated content before relying on or publishing it. You are responsible for how you use outputs.
3. Ownership and originality
You own your prompts and, to the extent allowed by providers and law, your outputs. Generated content may resemble other work; do not present outputs as human-made where that would be deceptive, and do not use them to infringe others' rights.
4. Safety
Generations pass through provider safety systems and our own checks. Requests that violate the Acceptable Use Policy may be blocked. Report harmful output from the tool or Support so we can act on it.
5. Credit accounting
Every paid action shows its credit cost before running. Where a paid action fails before producing a result, we aim to leave your balance unaffected.
